What does “invoice-ready” actually mean?
The current delivery version is approved and its required billing details are complete. Handoff gives you a readiness record and PDF receipt. You create the tax invoice and collect payment in your existing tools.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No agency account is needed. A named reviewer opens their private invitation and verifies their email with a code before reviewing the delivery.
What happens if I change the work after approval?
Publish a new delivery version. Earlier versions and their decisions stay in history, while the current version needs its own approval. Old review links no longer approve the new work.
Can I keep using my existing design and project tools?
Yes. Add links to the work in the tools you already use. Handoff organizes the delivery and decision around those links; it does not automatically synchronize files from those tools.
Can I explore before sending anything to a client?
Yes. Create your workspace, then add an optional sample draft in Settings. It is clearly labeled and does not send a client invitation. You choose when to publish and who to invite.
Is this for complex enterprise approval chains?
This pilot focuses on a clear decision from a named reviewer for each delivery version. Multi-stage approval chains, SSO, payment collection and tax invoicing are outside the current product.
